The Abington Green Wave Boosters and the Abington High Athletic Department encourage all of our student-athletes to give back to our community. To obtain a varsity jacket, all student-athletes must meet the following criteria:
➢ Earn 2 varsity letters in the same sport
OR
➢ Earn 3 varsity letters in different sports
AND
➢ Earn 4 Booster Points - 1 Point is equal to 3hrs of volunteer time
➢ 2 of those points must be earned by participating in the Booster Door-to-Door Drive held each Fall
Other ways to earn additional Booster points:
➢ Help to clean up after home football and basketball games
➢ Sell 50/50 tickets at home football and basketball games
➢ Help out at basketball concessions
➢ Help the Athletic Director or Assistant Athletic Director as they see fit
➢ Work at various Booster events throughout the year
➢ Sign up for the Booster email update for more information
