Scholarship Application

Application Requirements:

1. Completed scholarship application.
2. ACT score & transcript of grades (Counselor may initial the application to verify).
3. Return to LHS Guidance Counselor no later than May 9, 2008. 
4. Parent/Guardian must be current member of Leeds Athletic Booster Club.

Applications are judged on the basis of achievement,

community & school involvement and need.
